Operators

Operators are those who have reached the pinnacle of Pest Control Licensing in California. These men and women either had have their own companies, qualifying the company they work for, or are just there to assist those who want to build their own company.

Every Operator should have a baseline experience when it comes to the rules and regulation to the SPCB, but not every Operator has the same experiences. Some are particular in their methods while others are extremely adaptable. So use your noggin, when deciding who to work with.

Every Operator has the right to decide who they can work with and for how long. If an Operator decides you are a liability, they have every right to withdraw their license from your company, as its their livelihoods that are at risk.
You also have the right to replace your operator, it is your business after all. Your milage will vary, so choose wisely, or desperately, I don’t care. I’m just some dude on the internet.

If you are currently working for another company and want to sponsor a company, make sure you clear it with the company you currently work for. Even though Non-competes are not enforced in CA, company policies in regards to “Conflict or Interest” may apply, and you may be fired. Check your company’s rules of engagement, before procceeding.
